Pro našeho klienta - IT firma v Praze, hledáme novou posilu do týmu HR. Pokud máte zkušenost s náborem v oblasti IT a domluvíte se plyně anglicky, mohlo by to být Vaše nové zaměstnaní.
Co Vás čeká:
- Nábor zejména technických pozic - hlavně IT konzultanti, QA - testeři, IT konzultanti atd. Pro zpestření budete hledat také nové kolegy pro oddělení marketingu, financí nebo HR.
- Spolupráce s Hiring manažery, pohovory s kandidáty, onboarding proces nových zaměstnanců, účast na konferencích
- Denní komunikace v angličtině s ostatními kolegy z jiných zemí
Požadavky
Zkušenost na obdobné pozici v oblasti IT alespoň rok
Znalost různých technik hledání kandidátů
Skvělé organizační schopnosti
Angličtina pro denní komunikaci
